Austrian Hotel regulation
Dear Alpenblick guest,
As an additional contract base in our hotel count the Austrian Hotel Regulations, so far no other regulations has been given to you from the hotel.
Austrian Hotel Regulation - cancellation policy:
- until 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee
- 3 months to 1 month befor arrival: 40 % of the total amount
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the total amount
- in the last week before arrival: 90 % of the total amount
If you will departe earlier or arrive later as planed, we have to charge the total amount. Thank you for your understanding.
