Potential guests can chat with the GPT bot on the hotel website and get information on a wide range of topics related to the hotel and its surroundings. The system responds context-specific and answers all questions - and in all languages! For example, if someone asks the chatbot in Chinese about the sauna landscape and mentions that they easily get circulatory problems, the AI system responds accordingly in Chinese, suggesting, for example, our bio-sauna or steam bath, along with instructions for safe use.
