Alpenblick Vital Breakfast

Fresh, local, homemade, and prepared with love. The morning is all yours—no rush, no alarm clock to hurry you along. The Alpenblick Vital Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Alpenblick Sports Resort in Zell am See and is included for all room categories.

 

Pastries and Bread

A wide selection of breads and pastries from the region, plus a daily selection of sweet pastries. Fresh rolls, baked fresh every morning, are sure to get even the biggest sleepers out of bed. For those with special dietary needs, gluten-free options are available—as a matter of course, not as a special request, but as standard.

Hot Breakfast Specialties

Waffles and pancakes, fresh from the kitchen—because they just aren’t the same when they’re cold. Semolina porridge, rice pudding, and oatmeal are also available made with soy milk, for those following a plant-based diet. Served with warm berries—a sweet way to start the day.

Dairy products and cold cuts

Cheese from Pinzgau Milch—carefully selected and locally sourced—so you can taste the Pinzgau region from the very first bite. Sausage and ham come from our neighbor, Schultes the butcher—short supply chains, genuine quality. We also offer butter and cream cheese from regional producers, as well as plain and fruit-flavored yogurt to suit every taste.

Sweets, cereal, and fruit

Homemade jams and honey from local beekeepers—as sweet as a good start to the day should be. A wide selection of muesli and cereals awaits, with something for every taste, along with fresh fruit and fruit salad, prepared fresh daily.

Fresh Produce and Beverages

At the juicer, you can get your own fresh juices, pressed right on the spot—no cartons, no concentrate. Coffee from Afro Kaffee is brewed on two machines, including oat milk cappuccinos for those who prefer plant-based options. There’s also a wide selection of teas and an oxymel station for anyone who likes to experiment in the morning.
