How do I get to Zell am See?
Plan your journey by car with the help of a route planner. It is also possible to arrive without a vignette. Are you coming to Zell am See by train? We will gladly organise a taxi for you, just let us know.

What are the prices?
All daily prices include the Alpenblick feel-good board for adults. For children, we have a great children's buffet in the evening.
All prices are per person and day, excluding local tax (Euro 2,05 per adult per day from 15 years). As the 3rd and 4th person, you get a 20 % reduction on the daily price in a double room. Typing errors and price changes reserved.
Pets
Dogs are allowed with prior notice. For your dog, we charge Euro 20,- per day without food and a final cleaning fee of Euro 30,- per stay. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, bar and wellness area.
Cancellation insurance
Standard price:
A cancellation free of charge of the booking is possible until 7 days before arrival.
After that 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Your credit card details will be deposited for the guarantee of the booking.
No deposit is required.
Early booking rate:
Until 21 days before arrival free of charge, after that 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Changes are not possible after that.
Your credit card will be charged 21 days before your arrival.
Prepayment price:
A deposit of 100% of the total amount is required within 7 days after booking by credit card. necessary.
The booking cannot be changed or cancelled free of charge. cancelable.
A rebooking of the reservation or refund of the costs is no longer possible.
The following cancellation conditions apply to our New Year's week:
- Cancellation free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70 % of the total arrangement price
- From 1 week to 1 day before arrival 90 % of the total arrangement price
- From 1 day before arrival and in case of no-show: 100 % of the total arrangement price.
In order to insure yourself for possible travel cancellation reasons, we recommend that you take out insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Can ski passes be purchased at the hotel?
Ski passes can be purchased conveniently at the hotel reception in winter. The price is the same as you would pay at the cable car ticket office. We are happy to add the ski passes to your room bill, the use of the keycard is charged at € 2. After your skiing fun, you can return the expired ski pass directly to the vending machine at the valley station or have it reactivated for a new ski day at the hotel reception. Please note that a photo ID is required when determining the age of children/young people.
Check-In
The rooms are available from approx. 3 P.M.
Early check-in before 3 P.M. is possible subject to availability and an additional charge of 50% of the applicable room rate. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like an early check-in.
Check-Out
We kindly ask you to check out of the room by 11 A.M. on the day of departure. You are welcome to use the wellness area on the day of arrival and departure for € 25.00 per person and day.

We accept cash in euros, EC card, Visa, Mastercard or a bank transfer to our account at the Salzburger Sparkasse:

Where can I park my car?
As a hotel guest, you will find sufficient free parking spaces directly at the hotel. For only € 10,00/day you can park your car in our underground car park.
When is the restaurant open?
We will spoil you with culinary delights at breakfast and dinner with the Alpenblick wellness board at the following times:
Breakfast buffet: 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Dinner: 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Are there bathrobes for children?
Of course, we prepare suitable bathrobes for our little guests in the room.
Are there bicycles to borrow?
Of course, you can borrow city bikes for young and old free of charge from us. Should you want to take a short break, we will be happy to prepare a bicycle lock for you.
Is there a ski cellar?
You are welcome to bring your ski equipment to our ski cellar after your skiing day. There we have enough space to dry your boots for the next day and to store your skis.
Where can I charge my e-car?
You are welcome to charge your e-car there for € 15,00.
Where can I get the bath towels for the spa?
You are welcome to borrow bath towels for our spa area at reception.
Can I use the spa area on the day of arrival before 3:00 PM?
Certainly, you can use our SA | Spa on the day of arrival before 3:00 PM. There is a charge of €25.00 per person.
Can I use the spa area on the day of departure until 9:00 PM?
Yes, you are welcome to use our SA | Spa area on the day of departure until 9:00 PM. A fee of €25.00 per person will be charged.
Can I have breakfast at the hotel on the day of arrival?
Yes, gladly! Please inform us the night before so we can reserve a table for you. The extensive breakfast buffet costs €29.00 per person.
