Your host, Elke Murawski

Our fasting expert accompanies you from your individual introductory conversation through daily impulse talks to stress-relief exercises you can carry into your everyday life after the fasting week. Elke Murawski is a nutrition expert, osteopath and TCM therapist with over 20 years of experience in health and sports therapy, combining holistic thinking with practical knowledge.

Alkaline Cuisine

  • Daily breakfast buffet
  • Alkaline-rich full board, around 800 kcal per day, made from fresh, organic ingredients
