
Sous Chef

We are looking for you - our creative and committed Sous Chef!
Your tasks
- Supporting the head chef in the organization and management of the entire kitchen brigade.
- Deputizing for the head chef in his absence.
- Active collaboration in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes - with a focus on healthy, regional and sustainable cuisine.
- Co-designing and further developing our menu, especially in the area of vegan, alkaline and seasonal dishes.
- Quality assurance in the preparation and storage of food.
- Guidance, training and motivation of the kitchen crew.
- Monitoring and compliance with all hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Cost-conscious work and support with order organization.
What you bring along
- Completed training as a chef and sound experience in upscale gastronomy.
- Initial management experience as a sous chef or in a similar position.
- Passion for healthy food, innovative preparation methods and high-quality ingredients.
- Creativity and enjoy developing new dishes.
- Team spirit and leadership qualities with a motivating, positive charisma.
- Independent, structured way of working and organizational talent.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility - you can maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
