What are the opening hours for the Wellness & Spa area?
Our Water World is open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Yes, the Alpenblick Sports Resort features an exclusive adults-only wellness area reserved for guests 16 and older. Here, you can enjoy peace, relaxation, and a pleasant atmosphere away from the family area. It’s perfect for anyone looking to truly unwind during their wellness vacation in Zell am See.
Can children use the pool and the mountain lake swimming area—and at what times?
Children are welcome in the family pool and in the Bergseebad, which is heated year-round. The facilities are available daily during the wellness area’s regular hours of operation. This allows families to relax together, while adults can also enjoy the quiet zones and the adults-only area.
How much does day spa admission cost without an overnight stay?
Our Day Spa in Zell am See is also open to day guests—from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. You’ll have access to the entire wellness area: the panoramic pool, the mountain lake, the sauna area, and the relaxation rooms.

What types of saunas are there—and at what age are children allowed to use a sauna?
In our “Realm of the Senses,” you’ll find a diverse sauna area featuring a Salzburg-style sauna hut (Finnish sauna), a Pinzgau organic herbal sauna, an amethyst steam room, and an infrared sauna. The experience is rounded out by relaxation rooms, a Kneipp area, and our mountain lake for a refreshing dip afterward.
This area is open to teenagers aged 16 and older.
Twice a week, we offer a family sauna morning where parents can use the sauna area with their children.

Yes, the wellness area is open year-round and offers relaxation in every season. Guests especially enjoy the soothing warmth of the saunas and the heated mountain lake pool after a day of skiing in the winter or a hike in the mountains. The entire wellness area is also available to our guests during the off-season.
Do I need to book massages in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking your massage and beauty treatments well in advance so that we can do our best to accommodate your preferred date. Appointments often fill up quickly, especially on weekends, during vacation periods, and when the weather is bad. You’re welcome to book your treatments before your arrival or right when you make your reservation.
