Whether classic or skating style, here with us cross-country enthusiasts will want for nothing. Our night-time slopes are particularly popular, so too are the altitude slopes which guarantee snow. As a member of Cross Country Ski Holidays we, together with Piesendorf-Niedernsill and Bruck Fusch, have received awards for being one of the best cross-country regions in the Alps.

Pinzgau and Saalachtal slope network - spanning 200 kilometres

Every cross-country skier really can get going on the 55 kilometres of slopes. The slopes can be perfectly combined with one another and thanks to access to the Pinzgau and Saalachtal slope network which spans 200 kilometres, cross-country skiers really are very well catered for. There are easy slopes for beginners and connoisseurs too – like the Schloss slope and the Brunnwies slope. The slopes are ideal for cross-country skiers to get to know the area, since they in part head directly to sights which are well worth a visit, like Burg Kaprun. From the golf course slope cross-country skiers get great views to the Kitzsteinhorn and the neighbouring Hohe Tauern National Park.
