Once the day is over, the evening is all about indulgence. Our 6-course menu of your choice is served daily from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., prepared with love and seasoned with creativity. Dinner is included in the room rate for all room categories at the Alpenblick Sports Resort.

 

The Artistry Behind It

Executive Chef Patrick and his team combine regional ingredients with creativity, reimagining their dishes anew every evening. No two menus are alike, and no plate looks the same as it did yesterday. Patrick is the executive chef at the Alpenblick Sports Resort and is responsible for the daily 6-course menu of your choice.

Six courses, one common theme

From the starter to dessert, everything is perfectly coordinated, with a vegan option available upon request, so that no one at the table is left out. Each day, we also offer a fine selection of regional cheeses and a variety of ice creams to round out the evening—no matter how full you already are.

Barbecue Night

Every Friday in the summer, we have a barbecue—with smoke in the air and a great atmosphere at the table. On warm days, it all comes together as “Barbecue & Swim”—enjoying the barbecue and cooling off in the pool, right here at the Alpenblick Sports Resort.
