Fresh raw milk

We are very lucky that Christine Segl's brother is an organic farmer in the neighboring village and so we can offer fresh raw milk - fresh, untreated cow's milk - from the Hammerlhof in Maishofen every day.

Organic eggs

For our hotels Sportresort Alpenblick and Cella Central in Zell am See, we always seek out products and suppliers that are focused on natural and high-quality production methods. Like the Thomanhof in Saalfelden, which supplies us with its organic eggs.

In summer there is plenty of outdoor space at Thomanhof (ten square meters per hen), in the cold season the winter garden is ready. Of course, you can taste this in the quality of the eggs.

Bread and pastries

The Schroll bakery has existed since 1885 and is now run by the fourth generation. We bake here out of passion and with much joy in the profession. You can taste this in the fine bread and pastries. Great importance has always been attached to daily freshness. For the preparation of the many different products, recipes handed down for generations and high-quality raw materials from Austria are used. We are supplied from the parent company in Wald/Pinzgau.

As an innovative milk processing company, the traditional company in Maishofen stands for an entire region that, thanks to an intact environment, offers ideal conditions for organic and mountain dairy products. Lived tradition and contemporary processing methods go hand in hand here.


The GUTSCHER family has been working with food for over 200 years. The company has a long tradition and experience with vegetable raw materials.

In the food sector, they offer a wide range of cereals and milled products, seeds and pulses, as well as dried fruits and nuts. Careful selection of producers and suppliers is the key to their success. That is why they place particular emphasis on intensive and long-term cooperation with their suppliers, who provide them with high-quality products from all over the world.

Homemade jam for breakfast, delicious! Hotel manager Christine Segl and chef Partrick Bayer are constantly working on new jam recipes. They cook up whatever the garden has to offer. Let us surprise you with what's in season :-) p.s. In spring there is always fresh dandelion and mountain top HONEY.



The coffee and tea varieties of TRIDOR enjoy great popularity especially in the Pinzgau & Pongau, Austria- but also throughout Europe and so over 200 catering customers, coffee houses, hotels and guesthouses are supplied daily fresh with coffee and tea. Tridor stands for high quality, which is driven by a gentle drum roasting to its perfection and can be found in specialty stores up to Berlin.

Farm store organic farm Vorderstrass

We get our delicious honey from the organic farm Vorderstrass. Honey is said to have antiseptic and antibacterial properties. In addition, it is popular in folk medicine as a home remedy, as it is said to have an anti-inflammatory effect. Honey is often used in the treatment of wounds because of its antibacterial effect.

We use the organic honey among other things for our Oxymel, salad dressings, muesli or drinks.
